On October 1st, the Adaptive Tae Kwon Do Team will be at the Workhouse Arts Center to support the Down Syndrome Association of Northerns Virginia's (DSANV) 19th Annual Buddy Walk®! Help us to celebrate, advocate and educate everyone of the value of our members with Down syndrome.

Proceeds from this exciting event will go towards supporting DSANV’s mission to ensure all individuals with Down syndrome and their families in the Northern Virginia area, receive the support necessary to participate in, contribute to and achieve fulfillment of life in their communities.
