PARTICIPATE IN THE 9th ANNUAL POMONA BEAUTIFICATION DAY EVENT SATURDAY APRIL 11, 2015

Beautification Day is more than just ‘cleaning up’ the City. It’s about working together to keep our community clean, safe, and vibrant. It is about all of us coming together to build a better tomorrow and working together to make a difference in our world today.

7:00 A.M. – KICK-OFF AT CIVIC CENTER PLAZA

8:00 A.M. – 12:00 noon – work on Assigned Projects

Noon – 3:00 P.M. – Lunch and Festivities at Officer Shaun Diamond Plaza (formerly Thomas Plaza) at 2nd St., in Downtown Pomona. While lunching on a free burger or hot dog, chips, and soda, you will enjoy live entertainment, door prizes, an art show, and service booths with displays.

Everyone is needed: City volunteers, Pomona residents, college students, employees of area businesses, and community service clubs/organizations are invited to take part in the 9th Annual Pomona Beautification Day Service Event. There’s plenty of room for everyone to be involved!

Teams, groups, and individuals are encouraged to sign-up to volunteer prior to the event; however there will also be on-site registration on the morning of the event at the Civic Center Plaza.
