About S.A.F.E. Place - Help Needed to Move Furniture

S.A.F.E. Place is getting new flooring throughout our entire building. This will be done in stages during the month of December, but what we need help with is moving furniture prior to the installation. They'd like to see about 10-15 people but will be happy with anyone wanting to help us out. The furniture is going to be desks, filing cabinets, boxes, shelves, client beds, etc. Some of these items are fairly heavy so please keep that in mind. Going up and down stairs may be part of moving also.

Volunteers are needed during the first week of December (being finished with moving things by Sunday, December 6th. The demo/prep will be starting the week of the 7th. The entire project will take more than one day. More than likely 2-3.

Masks are to be worn inside the building and they do require a background check (ichat, Michigan sex offender check and national sex offender check) in order to volunteer with them. They will be able to run these, they will not need to be provided by the volunteers themselves.
