About The Silo Cooking School recipe reading and research

The Silo Cooking School once considered to be amongst the most prestigious cooking school is America and the birth place of the food network concept in the 70s before cable TV, is looking for food enthusiasts to help us go through almost 50 years of recipe archives from all the classes ever taught at The Silo Cooking School since its inception on 11/11/1972 to help us create a digital archive of all the recipes and a catalog of all the major chefs that had once cooked here from Julia Child, Jacques Pépin, Martha Stewart, Rachel Ray and many others.
