About Christmas Assistance Intake

• October 29-November 16: Monday: 12pm-6pm and Tuesday thru Friday: 930am-330pm
• Check in Volunteer:
o Give numbers, applications & child wish lists to clients.
o Call numbers for clients to be interviewed.
• Interview Volunteers
o Review applications to make sure all information is completed.
o Review items from clients-such as pictured ID, verification of address, verification of children and verification of monthly income.
o Have clients sign the Christmas & Service Point Release forms.
o Fill out & give clients the information packet.
