We need volunteers to help with the registration, vendors, stage, giveaway, and cleanup team.

We need volunteers to help with:
Registration
February 3, 2018 10:00am – 6:00pm
Assisting with the collection of donated items, providing giveaway tickets, and checking in of registered individuals.
Cleanup
February 3, 2018 10:00am – 7:00pm
Cleaning up throughout the expo and ensuring that cleanup after. Making a quick run to the store for any emergency items necessary for cleanup that are not on hand.
Stage
February 3, 2018 10:00am – 7:00pm
Assistance with everything happening on the stage. Taking direction from stage manager to setup stage, arrange participants, sound checks, and other assigned tasks.
Vendors
February 3, 2018 10:00am – 7:00pm
Assisting vendors with setting up their areas, unpacking, unloading items, finding their assigned location, clean up of area, important vendor communication, sign up for following year expo, and anything vendor related.
Giveaways
February 3, 2018 10:00am – 6:00pm
Responsible for aiding cohost with hourly giveaways, managing the giveaway table, selling of tickets, winner selection process, working with vendor team to assist with vendor giveaways.
Registration
