TDE Product Owners serve as mentors and leaders for our volunteer developer apprentices. Product Owners have the responsibilities for being the domain specialist who
owns and drives the vision for the product development project. They represent the business in the agile development team and work with the development team and stakeholders to determine what features will be in each product release.

TDE Project Managers serve as mentors and leaders for our volunteer developer apprentices. Project Managers have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project. They assist the team in measuring the team’s velocity and other measurements.

Available on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6-9
PM for on-site leadership.
