About Become a Technical Lead and Mentor
As part of our mission to provide entry level developers with a real life experience in a safe environment, our volunteer Tech Leads serve as mentors, coaches and troubleshooters. Ideally, they have some experience working in a software environment and landing their first position, that they can share with the apprentices participating in the program.
They lead apprentice developers in coding our pro bono web development projects all the way to client hand-off.
