Cary Marching Band is one of the longest running high school band programs in North Carolina. Our award winning performances are based on passionate teamwork and a deep tradition of excellence passed down from one generation to the next. Our band program is increasingly reliant on the time, talent and treasure of our current Band Families, the Band Booster Club and the Cary Band Alumni Association, who work tirelessly to fund the annual program and keep the pride of the Green alive.

We are one of 10 national high school bands chosen to represent our community in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, but this creates a significant additional funding challenge.
Ever grateful for the ongoing efforts of our families, we the Cary Band Students, have rallied to raise this money on our own by forming into EARN YOUR GREEN teams by section and challenging each other to raise the GREEN to GET THERE!
