About S.A.V.E.S.(saint Augustine Volunteer Emergency Services)

S.A.V.E.S (Saint Augustine Volunteer Emergency Services) is a program that started out in a 1973 classroom, and since then has thrived to serve over 11,355 households, including 22,473 adults, and 33,828, children. S.A.V.E.S. has provided over 75,846 bags of food totaling to weigh over 530,922 pounds! And the founder, Mrs. Sadie Cerda, and Saint Augustine's Catholic Church, the sponsor, thank volunteers for dedicating over 18,241 hours of service. All services , every dollar, and every can donated makes a difference. S.A.V.E.S. has now invited the Mount community to join them in making a big impact.

Application Process

Come to S.A.V.E.S. on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between 9:30a-11:30a to fill out an application
