About 30th Annual California Coastal Cleanup Day
Coastal Cleanup Day is an annual event where people all along the California Coast go to their local beaches to assist in the disposal of rubbish. This years Coastal Cleanup takes place on September 20th from 9:00am-12:00noon. "The cleanup is expected to draw tens of thousands of volunteers who, at more than 850 locations throughout California, will help remove tons of trash that have accumulated on California's beaches and inland shorelines." -Costal Cleanup
