About Make-A-Wish Golf Classic at Old Waverly

Make-A-Wish Mississippi is holding its 2nd annual Golf Classic at Old Waverly to raise funds to grant wishes for eligible children with life-threatening medical conditions. Volunteers are required at the golf course before, during and after the tournament as needed. There are two possible shifts; morning (7 am - 12:00 noon) and/or afternoon/evening (1:00 pm - 6:00 pm).

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Morning volunteers will assist with registration process, lunch BBQ and
• Running of contest including Punting, Hole in One, Closest to the Pin and Hire the Pro
• Assisting with setting up display of prizes for contest winners and silent auction draws.

We need volunteers to help with:

Morning Round

September 26, 2016 7:00am – 1:00pm
This task is filled or completed
Volunteers will assist with set-up and then run contest at various "holes" on the golf course.

Afternoon Round

September 26, 2016 1:00pm – 6:00pm
This task is filled or completed
Volunteers will assist with afternoon registration, run contest during golf tournament and assist with prize distribution.
