About ExtraGive FEST 2021

It's coming - and it's going be an extraordinary day! ExtraGive Fest 2021 will have tons of new, fun things happening with the FIRST-EVER OUTDOOR ExtraGive FEST! We'll have live music, food pop-ups, and more as we count down the final hours of the 10th Extraordinary Give in style! We hope you can join us as a volunteer.

ExtraGive Fest is a high-energy party unlike any other - we're celebrating giving in Lancaster! Volunteers are a huge part of making this event a success.

Thank you for helping to make this the biggest ExtraGive yet!

*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your volunteer shift starts.

*ExtraGive FEST is free and open to the public. Vaccinated guests are welcome; unvaccinated guests are encouraged to wear masks.

Volunteers will need to create a GiveGab account to sign up for a position.

*Please show up to your shift at the Lancaster City Visitors Center to sign in and pick up supplies: 38 Penn Square, Lancaster, PA 17603A. A week before the event you will get more details and information.*

Greeters welcome everyone to ExtraGive Fest, help direct them, and answer questions. You'll help people find their way to the fun.

Skills needed: Enjoy interacting with strangers, comfortable answering the same question many, many times.

Greeter 8pm-10pm

Greeters welcome everyone to ExtraGive Fest, help direct them, and answer questions. You'll help people find their way to the fun.

Skills needed: Enjoy interacting with strangers, comfortable answering the same question many, many times.

Who volunteered?

Genius Bar 6pm-8pm

November 19, 2021 6:00pm – 8:00pm

This task is filled or completed

Genius bar volunteers assist people at the ExtraGive Fest, as needed, while they make on-line donations. You will help people make donations on their phones and answer any questions they may have. You'll problem solve so people can give extra!

Skills needed: Outgoing, can stand or sit in the same location for over an hour, comfortable with technology, and patience to work with people.

Who volunteered?

Genius Bar 8pm-10pm

Floaters are all-purpose volunteers. You'll go around ExtraGive Fest, fill in for an absent volunteer, and identify any issues that arise. You'll be our most flexible - and really active! - volunteer.

Skills needed: Flexibility, can-do attitude, comfortable moving between floors and anywhere else needed during ExtraGive Fest.
