It is being established to create an excellent “first impression” for veterans, families and visitors The primary goal is to help all veterans who walk through our doors to realize that they are our first and foremost priority.

Volunteers will greet the public; provide directional assistance and quality customer service. Please consider becoming involved in a program that will give you the opportunity to demonstrate genuine compassion and respect for the Veterans we serve.

Application Process

Volunteers must complete volunteer orientation and initial customer service training, and wheel-chair safety.
