We need volunteers to help with:
All Things Are Possible Grand Opening
June 9, 2022 2:00pm – 4:00pm
3540 Sunset Dr, Jackson, MS 39213
This is a very laid-back 'grand opening' with local charities, government organizations, and other various vendors to inform the residents of what is available to them. The entire goal being to assist them in the various ways they need it, and to strengthen the Jackson community overall.
There will be light food, games, music, and informational booths. JFC will give out information and do BP/BG checks. A majority of the residents have had hard and/or traumatic lives, so they don't always know how to seek out help or how to take care of themselves. The Jackson Free Clinic would be an amazing resource for them.
