About Outreach Center Volunteers
The Outreach Center is a resource available to Ingham County pet owner's that provides assistant with general pet care and responsibilities through our free pet food bank program, monthly vaccination and licensing clinics, low cost pet supplies, spay/neuter vouchers, and free dog house/straw program. The Outreach Center runs solely on donations and volunteers to be able to provide these services, and is in need of more volunteers to help out. Volunteering at the Outreach Center consists of assisting clients with the food bank application process, organizing and processing donations, educating clients on the importance of proper pet care (vaccinating, spaying/neutering, etc.), answering the phone to assist clients with questions about our clinics, hours, resources we provide, etc., and provide a positive experience for everyone.
