About Board Membership

Fifty-one percent (51%) of the Board of Directors, staff and decision-making/management staff are persons with significant disabilities.
ILCKC is dedicated to the ideals for communities to become fully accessible and integrated so all persons with disabilities can live, work, shop and play where they choose and without barriers.
Interested Board member volunteers have an interest in Advocacy, Independence for individuals with barriers and challenges, Social Service, Community Integration as well as Self-Advocates with a disability.
Board meeting commitments are six meetings per year giving a life-long satisfaction of making a difference.
