Horizon offers HOPE
Especially to those individuals suffering from substance use or mental health problems. The Health Management Group asks for your support to raise funds for its next exciting project opening: a treatment facility on the Horizon Village Campus. This center will provide programs that specifically meet the unique needs of young adults struggling with addiction.
Our services offer people a new chance at living healthy and productive lives, and return them to their families, friends and communities. Your support is helping our mission: Recovery. Changing Lives. Saving Lives.

Registration is $25 for everyone 12 and older which includes a free t-shirt!
Children under 12 are encouraged to participate! Registration is free, and if they want a t-shirt it is $10.
T-shirts are Adult sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL).
**For those registering after 9/24 – we cannot guarantee a t-shirt for pick up at the walk but will try our best to accommodate. If you don’t receive a T-shirt the day of the walk we will send you one to your home the week after. Thank you for your patience!**
