About ReStore to Restore

Habitat For Humanity Golden Empire ReStore is a resale outlet store that sells new and used building supplies and materials as well as home décor and clothing. We receive product daily! Our customers enjoy the supplies, materials, great deals, and the heart warming cause of Habitat For Humanity.

Duties may include: Stocking, shelving, merchandising, cleaning, cashiering, loading and unloading, pricing, greeting, answering phones, and customer service.

Experience: We have two locations; one in Old Town Kern and the other in Southwest Bakersfield. You can expect a fun retail environment where you will help others while gaining skills.

Application Process

Contact our Community Outreach Coordinator Sam for volunteering opportunities at the ReStore. We are always in need of volunteers and welcome them Tuesday - Saturday! Our ReStore is closed on Sunday & Monday.
