About Fair Interview Judge
We are looking for adults to spend 10-15 minutes with our youth members engaging them in a conversation and asking them questions about the projects(s) they are submitting to the Fair in July. It is helpful if you have some knowledge about our projects, but don't have to be an expert. You can choose what projects you want to interview, we will also provide questions to ask. We provide dinner and snacks! Projects may include, but are not limited to horse; beef, swine, sheep, goat, dairy goat and dairy cow, rabbit, poultry, dog, and cat, cake decorating, sewing, cooking, baking, knitting, crochet, robotics, leadership, shooting sports, and leathercraft. Any time you are willing to lend us is greatly appreciated. Animal project interviews will take place July 11 and 12 from 4-8 pm and Indoor project interviews will be Monday, July 15, 9 am-3 pm.
Application Process
Please email [email protected] with the project(s) you are comfortable discussing, as well as what days work best for you. Animal interviews are on Thursday, July 11 and Friday, July 12, Indoor (and make-up animal interviews) on Monday, July, 15.
