The Dee Meyer Nature Area will be situated in a prime location next to the Comal Springs and looking out
over New Braunfels. The 8-acre site is owned
by EdenHill on Lakeview Blvd. across from the EdenHill campus. It will feature:

In addition, the
adjoining 16-acre parcel of land on the opposite side of the Comal Springs is
being redeveloped by New Braunfels Utilities into a wildflower, native trees and shrubs landscape that will
include walking paths, a conference center, and community education
facility. In total, 24 acres of
ecologically significant property surrounding Comal Springs will be improved.

an excellent fit for EdenHill’s mission to create opportunities for healthy

stations for seniors will be a popular destination for EdenHill’s neighbors, its
residents, their families, and visitors.
