About Summer Day Camp Volunteer

Are you looking for a volunteer experience this summer working with at-risk youth?

Eastside Community Action Center is seeking volunteers for our Summer Enrichment Program! The Summer Enrichment Program seeks to keep Lansing youth engaged in academics, character building, and community building between their school years. Opportunities are available to work with children ages 4-14 in a variety of activities that explore science, literacy, arts and crafts, cooking, gardening, and of course engage in sports and games. Volunteers will assist the Program Coordinator and staff in facilitating structured age-level activities.

We are seeking enthusiastic, extroverted volunteers to facilitate our summer programming! Volunteers must be available for two 2-4 hour shifts per week.
