About Y PARTY {12:1-2}
Y Parties are a new outreach of Youth Community Explosion for Middle School youth. We will host an explosive party to both engage youth and share the gospel through storytelling. This event will consist of entertainment (live performance), games/activities, music, giveaways, snacks and a brief presentation of the gospel. Each of our YCE youth can bring 3 friends.
We need about 10 to 20 volunteers for these roles:
- Serve Snacks
- Crowd Management
- ID Check and Sign In
- Security
- Decorations
- Setup Up Crew
- Clean Up Crew
- Group Activity Support
- Music Operator
- Giveaway Leader
THIS IS OUR FIRST Y PARTY AND WE HOPE TO BRING LOTS OF ENERGY.

We need volunteers to help with:
Serve Snacks
December 19, 2015 5:00pm – 7:00pm
We will be serving popcorn, Rice Krisy treats and water. We have a table area setup in which you will pass out snacks to attendees.
Cleanup Crew
December 19, 2015 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Assist with gathering trash, recycle items, put equipment and materials back, put up chairs and tables.
Music/Sound Operator
December 19, 2015 4:30pm – 7:00pm
Manage music and sound equipment. We will have a playlist or pandora of Christian Hip Hop/Rap, Instrumentals and Clean versions of dance songs the youth enjoy. We often use our phones, tables or laptops.
Decorations/Setup Crew
December 19, 2015 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Assist with putting decoratoins on the walls, blowing up balloons, decorate food tables and other items that will be used.
Security
December 19, 2015 4:15pm – 7:15pm
Your primary role is to watch the doors and, only allow youth with actual school ID's on into the building. Also, if any issues physical or verbal issue occur notify coordinators. We have a no fighting tolerance.
