The mission of Arizona Faith Network (AFN) is to bring together People of Faith, under the inspiration of God, as a bridge to understanding and action- “Being Together, Talking Together, Acting Together.”
We, as members of diverse faith communities, have a unique and powerful role in our society. As people of faith, we are informed and called by our theology, Holy Scriptures and religious teachings in a way that guides us in our pursuit of a better world, one which is built on virtues, mercy, justice, patience, integrity, charity and gratitude.
As we join in dialogue with one another, we come together with a vision for transformative action.
In diverse ways we bring the values that we hold in common to pray and work together for the transformation of the world in a manner that serves the good of all, especially the most vulnerable.

AFN Missional Imperatives:
We place ourselves in the heart of a virtuous cycle that invites people into a constructive dialogue leading to action, resulting in visible transformation.
This cycle turns around and around again as we are lead in a sacred dance of action and reflection.
1) Civil Discourse- We facilitate respectful, civil conversations that engage people of faith, government and community in constructive dialogue around issues for the common good.
2) Community Transformation- In collaboration with community partners, we identify our collective energy and resources to promote love, respect and justice for all people, especially those who are most vulnerable.
