About Volunteer Screener Lead

To lead and motivate a team of volunteer screeners who are responsible for guiding new volunteers to appropriate volunteer roles while providing an excellent experience for the new volunteers joining the American Red Cross.
Serve in a leadership role engaging and motivating screening volunteers to enhance the overall volunteer experience.
Ensure screeners complete the standardized training and region specific training if applicable.
Ensure screeners are referring the most viable candidates to support Lines of Service/Departments in achieving the Red Cross mission.
Participate in regular meetings and communications with the Regional Volunteer Services Team and Screening Team Members.
