About Data Entry Volunteer

A Data Entry Volunteer compiles, sorts, and verifies the accuracy of data before its entering into departmental records. The collation, cleaning, and finalizing of data produced by staff, clients, and the public is vital for the Red Cross' ability to accurately document the work done by our volunteers in the community.



The American Red Cross of Southwest Michigan is currently seeking 5 Data Entry Volunteers for its Kalamazoo Office.

Application Process

Apply to volunteer with the Red Cross at the following link: http://rdcrss.org/1jwIkp1 Then, enter your zip code, and when the next page appears, click “Michigan Region.” From there, choose “Prospective Adult Volunteer” (Or youth, if appropriate). Then, you can enter your personal information to apply to volunteer. You have the option of registering a facebook page at that point. Concurrently, you will need to consent to a background check. When all that's completed, we'll call you for an intake interview, and place you in the need of ours that fits your interests and skills best!
