Girls Inc. is launching our unique She Votes campaign on UNICEF’s International Day of the Girl. The privilege of voting is our most powerful agent of change. Only 14 states in the US allow 16- and 17-year-olds to pre-register to vote, and MA is one of them.

 That’s why we are pre-registering as many teen girls as possible. We want to make sure every girl sees herself as a voter, knows the process, and is ready when it’s her turn. What girls learn, families learn too!

$127 - 127 women currently hold seats in the United States Congress
