This no ordinary yoga class...
Join us for an unforgettable experience as yoga teacher Neva Goldstein incorporates service dog puppies into a slow flow vinyasa practice. Expect ridiculously cute puppies and occasional mass hilarity. Not to be missed!
New yogis and kids over 12 welcome. 100% of class fee to benefit BluePath’s mission.
Yoga with Puppies is sponsored by Club Fit Jefferson Valley, located at 600 Bank St., Jefferson Valley, NY.
*The well-being of our puppies is of paramount importance. Each puppy will have a volunteer handler to ensure their safety and comfort throughout the event.
**Participants must pre-register; walk-ins on day of event will not be permitted.
Please note that personal pets, while adored by all of us, are not able to join for Puppy Yoga. We will provide the cutest future service dog puppies on the planet. :)
About instructor Neva Goldstein:
Neva became enamored with yoga in the mid 90’s. She quickly felt the urge to share her love of yoga with others, and became a Yoga instructor through the training at Satsang Yoga in Garrison in 2005. She completed her 500 hour level of training in 2008 at the Birchwood Center in Nyack. Neva teaches a Vinyasa (flow) style, heart opening class, with a focus on breath and proper alignment. Students leave her class feeling peaceful and more connected to the world around them. Neva is a passionate believer in BluePath’s mission and serves on the nonprofit’s Board of Directors.
