If the pandemic has taught us anything, it is that we must be able to depend on each other to protect our health and safeguard the future of our community.

Thank you to everyone in our community who answered the call of our neighbors in need. You made Nourish Our Neighbors possible through your extraordinary generosity.  With the help of our devoted donors, volunteers, and agency partners Hope & Main has now distributed more than 22,000 meals and counting. Every meal reaches a grateful family; a homebound senior in Bristol, Warren or Barrington; women and children seeking protection from domestic violence under the care of the Women’s Resource Center; or a differently-abled adult struggling with food access in a group home managed by L.I.F.E., Inc.    Hope & Main is committed to sustaining this vital food assistance for the 10-week summer season until school is back in session. To continue to meet the needs of our food insecure community through Labor Day, we must raise $70,000 by July 20, 2020.

We invite you to contribute to the Nourish Our Neighbors Summer Campaign in any amount, because every dollar and every meal counts!   For just $32 you can provide a nutritious, prepared meal for a family of four. It has been a joy to get to know so many families who visit each day to pick up meals. These folks are the faces and the fabric of our treasured East Bay community and they deserve our ongoing care.   As always, thank you for your selfless caring and kind support for our neighbors in need!

BY MAKING A DONATION Any amount you donate to Nourish Our Neighbors matters-- even if it is one meal. Your contribution helps to feed someone struggling with food insecurity in this challenging time. Our dedicated agency partners ensure that every nutritious meal reaches an East Bay neighbor in need. BY BECOMING A NOURISH OUR NEIGHBORS 10-WEEK SUSTAINER Purchase a subscription for a 10-week community meal share program* ("Nourish Our Neighbors Sustainers”). This program provides the purchaser 1 or 2 chef-prepared meals per week for 10 weeks. For every meal you purchase, a meal is set aside for a neighbor who is in need, promoting a more equitable food system where we all share the same high quality, nourishing food. *Please note: Nourish Our Neighbors Sustainers must be able to come to Hope & Main to pick up meals weekly.

Our friends at WaterRower will match all gifts of $1,000 or more from local businesses and generous individuals 1:1 up to $25,000. $13,000 remaining as of June 10.
