The Montessori School of Lake Forest opened its doors in 1966 with the goal of educating “the whole child” using Dr. Montessori’s theories.

Fifty years later, our vision is clear and our promise to each MSLF child remains focused. We fulfill our mission, “to cultivate in every MSLF child a lifelong love of learning.”

Our objectives are current and straightforward:

1. To Provide an exceptional Montessori school experience
2. To Grow and develop the MSLF community
3. To Build a sustainable institution
