Traveling performance opportunities - both domestic and international - for students in the Lock Haven University Marching Band are abundant - opportunities that our students dreamt of when they became Bald Eagles - but sadly the out-of-pocket expenses associated with these once-in-a-lifetime opportunities far too often prevent our students from taking advantage of them.
