Horizon offers HOPE

Especially to those individuals suffering from a behavioral health disorder. The Horizon Corporations asks for your support to raise funds for additional programming and opportunities throughout Horizon. These funds will provide programs and education that specifically meet the unique needs of adolescents, young adults, families and adults struggling with mental health and/or substance use disorders.

Our services offer people a new chance at living healthy and productive lives, and return them to their families, friends and communities. Your support is helping our mission:

Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the Wellness Walk will begin at 10 a.m.

Our 6th Annual Walk is being held on Saturday, September 21st at Delaware Park Ring Road, near Colvin and Amherst Streets across from the Nichol's School Campus.

Registration Details

Registration is $30/person for everyone 12 and older which includes a Horizon water bottle!

Children under 12 are encouraged to participate! Registration is free.
