Even though there is a “goal” set on this page, that is just a number they require - there is no real goal = whatever is given we will be thankful for.
My dad spent many many years taking my brother to Special Olympic practices and local, regional and state events. He also joined Lee in many of the Unified Sports leagues and helped out at many events. My family was named Special Olympics Family of the Year a few years back because of my dad and mom’s dedicated involvement. I am grateful to my sister and brother in law for taking over the reins after my dad and mom could no longer be involved.
Any amount you give in my dad’s memory is appreciated.
