Lucky Orphans would like to introduce you to Danebury!

Danebury, aka Dane, our Great Dane is a Thoroughbred gelding, born in 2013. He was bred right here in Millbrook in 2019, and moved into Lucky Orphans in 2022. Born into the racing world, Dane started in 28 races with earnings of $253,112 for his short career. He was retired from racing after developing wobblers, which thankfully brought him to us. 

Despite his neurological struggles, Dane is enjoying retirement and is definitely a farm favorite. He is a very gentle boy with a huge personality without being the stereotypical "Crazy Thoroughbred". We are very happy to have him.
