Speak in a decent and civil way. Treat each person with respect.
Treat others as you want to be treated.
Sound familiar? These basic human ideals are timeless and universal. They don’t go out of style. We need to live these ideals to the best of our ability if we want to have a life of integrity and help create a peaceful world.
The Vitamin L songs embody these ideals, and they are needed now more than ever. Many people are discouraged and disgusted by violence, injustices and bullying happening in our country due to skin color or religion. Many of us are in shock at the lack of civility evident when we turn on the TV or read the news.
The Vitamin L messages are so important to counteract the atmosphere of divisiveness, blatant bigotry, and lack of civility that children are exposed to as they grow up in today's world. It’s important for children to learn the songs and see the concerts and absorb the messages. Our concerts remind the children in the live audiences and those listening to the CDs or watching the YouTube videos that it is cool to be kind, caring and respectful.
We continue our commitment of reaching out to thousands of children each year, both in person and through recordings. We aim to help create a caring community of people who treat each other and the Earth with kindness and respect.

Part of the funds raised will be doubled by the John Ben Snow Memorial Trust.
Those funds will provide scholarships to low income schools in Central New York so they can bring Vitamin L concerts to their students. The Trust will match up to $5,000.00 raised for this purpose.
