Lucky Orphans would like to introduce you to Cadbury

Cadbury is a grade horse mare, which means she’s an unknown mix, born in 1994. She moved to Lucky Orphans in July of 2003 with Lucky Orphans Tug A War "Tugs".

Cadbury was found at a summer camp in Putnam County, NY. She was tacked, bridled and tied to a post with Bill and Tugs. When her tack was removed, she had saddle sores full of maggots from being raw and untreated for so long.

Cadbury took a long time to rehabilitate and get to trust people again. She still does not trust the vet and hates spring immunizations. Children, however are Cadbury's soft spot. She loves children and letting them fuss over her.
