The Annual Teacher Fund: How it works

BASIS Charter Schools are committed to helping students reach the highest international standards of excellence in education. The Annual Teacher Fund allows our schools to recruit and retain expert teachers, directly affecting the quality of education we can offer. Your gift is an investment in our faculty and the future of our schools, providing bonus incentives to our dedicated teachers, based on the academic achievement and performance of their students. 

Please give as generously as you can.  An annual contribution of $1,500 per student, or a monthly pledge of $150, per student would accumulate to make a tremendous difference. But every gift, no matter the size, has an impact.

The Big Give San Antonio - March 28, 2019

The Big Give San Antonio is an annual day of online fundraising for nonprofit organizations throughout San Antonio. The Big Give awards cash prizes to the organizations that raise the most money and those that receive the most unique donations (submitted with a unique name, email address, and credit or debit card number) throughout the day. We can earn even more prize money for the most unique donations submitted during our “power hours”— from 10 a.m. to noon on March 28.

Many employers match, dollar-for-dollar, the charitable gifts their employees make – so your $100 contribution can easily turn into a $200 or even $300 gift with a match from your company. 

Every donation helps us reach our 2018–19 Annual Teacher Fund goals. Together we can make a huge difference!
