Annie is an unregistered chestnut Thoroughbred mare, born in 1996. She came to live at Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue in the summer of 2008 and before then, spent her days living with cattle. She actually thought she was a cow when she first arrived and was unsure how to act with other horses! You may find Annie weaving in a paddock, it seems like there is always music playing in Annie's head.

Annie was an amazing show horse, winning lots of local hunter and pleasure competitions. Today she's enjoying the retired life, moseying about her paddock and hanging with her pasture mates.
