Sea Change Yogathon 2020

Compassion in Action

A fundraising event for Sea Change Yoga

Event Information

Sunday, March 29, 2020 from 9:00am - 1:00pm

On Sunday, March 29, Sea Change Yoga will live stream a Virtual Yogathon to share yoga and other mindfulness practices and connect our community during these unprecedented times. Virtual Yogathon is FREE and open to all!

Donations to Yogathon are appreciated-- donate to the event above, and support Sea Change Yoga's mission to bring the healing power of yoga and meditation to Maine communities that are underserved and marginalized.

Though we have programming from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, the schedule is designed so that you can choose the sessions you want to participate in from the comfort of your home! The Zoom Room will be open all day and you can come and go as you like.

We have scheduled breaks between each session so that you can take care of yourself and we can address any technological challenges on our end.
