Speakers:
Eric Javier is a Principal and Managing Director with CCS Fundraising, the largest fundraising strategy and management firm in the world. For more than 25 years Eric has been a trusted advisor to leading nonprofit executives, trustees, and development leaders. He has helped design and implement more than 200 fundraising campaigns and initiatives that have raised over $2 billion to make a positive difference in communities all around the world. Eric’s primary areas of expertise include feasibility and planning studies; capital and endowment campaigns; major donor programs; principal gift solicitation strategies; strategic development planning; case messaging and storytelling; board development; and coaching and training.
Leigh Taublib-Kiriat is a Senior Vice President at CCS and provides leadership and strategic guidance to the nonprofit sector. She is an expert at designing and directing extraordinary fundraising initiatives, building fundraising capacity, and developing strong relationships with senior leadership, staff, board members, and donors. Leigh has led the design of large-scale fundraising initiatives and extraordinary campaigns and has counseled organizations with financial targets ranging from $2M to $1B and has partnered with organizations to achieve philanthropic goals, increase philanthropic revenue and optimize resource allocation. The initiatives she has led and advised during her career have together raised over $750M dollars across all nonprofit sectors – including arts and culture, healthcare, and education.
